Service and Repair

If you are an existing customer with a solar system installed by Outback Solar, your satisfaction and the proper functioning of your Solar system is important to us.

Please contact us on 1300 020 130 or make an enquiry online and please provide as much details as possible of the issues you are incurring with your solar system. 

If you require service or repair for your solar system not installed by Outback Solar, we can still help you. Please follow the same steps as above and make sure to mention that your existing solar system was installed by another solar provider.

After service or repairs are completed, we’ll provide you with detailed documentation of the work performed, including any warranties on replaced solar panels or inverters. We’ll also follow up with you to ensure that your solar system is functioning optimally and address any further questions or concerns you may have.

At Outback Solar, we don’t only specialise in new solar system installation but also  want to support all NSW solar system owners whether we initially installed the system or not. We can also provide routine maintenance, online troubleshooting, and upgrades to your existing solar system.
